Returns & Exchanges 

Including Wholesale Orders:

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Click the profile icon (top right corner of our website)
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Select your order and click "Request Return" or "Start Return"
  4. Follow the instructions provided

If your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Returns (U.S. Orders)

We offer free returns and exchanges on U.S. orders.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have come into contact with bodily fluids. This policy applies to all adaptive clothing and medical accessories.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
